STEAM AHEAD 2026 – International Academic Competitions
STEAM AHEAD 2026 brings together students from around the world in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, for an exciting international educational experience featuring five academic competitions: the International Junior Mathematics Olympiad (IJMO), Vanda International Junior Science Olympiad Global Finals (VIJSOGF), International Junior Informatics Olympiad Global Finals (IJIOGF), International Junior Cybersecurity Olympiad Global Finals (IJCOGF), and International Junior Arts Olympiad (IJAO).
Designed to promote excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), the event encourages students to strengthen their critical thinking, creativity, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills while competing with talented peers from different countries. Through individual and team challenges, participants gain international exposure, develop collaboration skills, and showcase their academic abilities.
Students have the opportunity to earn medals, certificates, and special awards, with outstanding performers eligible for overall championship awards and additional recognition. STEAM AHEAD also provides opportunities for cross-cultural exchange, teamwork, and personal growth in an international learning environment.
STEAM AHEAD 2026 will take place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from December 11 to 16, 2026, bringing together students from around the world for an exciting international academic event.
STEAM AHEAD features five international competitions covering Mathematics, Science, Informatics, Cybersecurity, and Arts: IJMO, VIJSOGF, IJIOGF, IJCOGF, and IJAO. The event encourages students to develop critical thinking, logical reasoning, creativity, analytical skills, and real-world problem-solving abilities through challenging individual and team competitions.
Participants have the opportunity to compete with talented students from different countries, showcase their abilities, and earn medals, certificates, and special awards. Outstanding performers may also qualify for overall championship awards and scholarships, making STEAM AHEAD a valuable opportunity for academic achievement, international exposure, and cross-cultural collaboration.
